I made this taco soup for the hubby and he ate it all up raving about it to everyone who came over thinking it was the Toby's Taco Soup... so I had to break it to him and tell him it was the vegetarian version. lol!

Can you recommend a vegetarian taco seasoning brad...

Oh I loved having Taco Soup at restaurants but always tried to fish around the meat, not an easy task. I'm so glad to see a recipe for it and with beans! We're a big bean family here so thanks!
